Redesigned mechanical assembly of slotless motor stator tester for more precise mechanical alignment improve ease of assembly and servicing, and reduce GR&R and tester to tester measurement variance.

Set-up Joint Brake Test Fixture

Took NPI tester prototype and ironed out issues with brake installation and alignment. Prepared design and documentation to implement tester at supplier facility. Wrote test software and GUI in Matlab
